Bilingual Training: English & Chichewa
Delivered so it's understood and practised, not just heard.
Training only works if it is understood. Our team includes Malawian expatriates, so we can deliver our programmes in both English and Chichewa, explaining each idea in whichever language helps it land.
This matters most for teams where English is a second language: staff grasp the reasoning behind a standard, not just the words, and are far more likely to apply it on the job.
